How do I check the status of my order?

Need an update? You can check the status of your order under the “Gift Cards” option found in the “My Account” drop down on the top right corner of the site.

Will my gift card expire? Does it have any fees?

Good news! Our gift cards do not have any expiration date or come with any fees. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the ”Product” page prior to purchasing your gift card.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Are gift cards refundable?

Both physical and eGift Cards are non-refundable. In event the intended recipient does not receive their gift card or accidentally deletes an eGift card, please contact customer service at (844) 810-6710 or submit a request on our "Contact Us" page for a refund.

Who should I contact with questions about my gift card?

Where can I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed at any RaceTrac location. Visit racetrac.com for all store locations.

How do I buy a gift card for myself?

Lucky you! Simply enter yourself as the recipient of the gift card.

What is an eGift or digital gift card?

An eGift card is simply an electronic gift card! It’s purchased and delivered online to the recipient of your choice, including yourself. Recipients can print out the eGift card or pull it up on a mobile device to redeem in store.

What delivery options are available?

Sorry, we only have one way to deliver the eGift cards, and that’s via email to the recipient of your choice!

When will my recipient receive their eGift card?

When you purchase an eGift card, you will set a delivery date for the card, either immediately or at a future date. If you’d like to send at a future date, simply specify the date when purchasing. Please note that it may take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase for the order to send to your recipient. The recipient will receive the eGift card via email.

What if my recipient did not receive their eGift card?

If your recipient has not received the eGift card, first confirm that their email was entered correctly. If it is correct, check with the recipient to confirm that it was not delivered to their spam folder. If you still are unable to locate the eGift card, log into “My Accounts,” find the order under “My Purchases” and re-send the eGift card to the recipient.

Are Physical Gift Cards embossed?

No, physical gift cards are not embossed.

How is my Physical gift card packaged and delivered?

Physical gift cards are shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. The cards will arrive in a single envelope or box (depending on the order size), along with a packaging list detailing the contents.

How long does it take to receive my physical gift card order?

Once payment is cleared (usually within minutes), it will take up to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Delivery timing is dependent upon the shipping method you select at checkout.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer Ground, Priority and Express.

Can you ship cards outside of US addresses?

We currently do not ship internationally.

What is the process to purchase gift cards in bulk?

Lots of people on your gift list? Great news! We offer gift cards in bulk to corporate customers. Create an account under “Corporate Accounts,” then place and track orders for single or multiple recipients.

Do you offer any discounts?

No, we do not currently offer discounts for bulk orders.

How are gift cards delivered?

eGift cards are delivered via email, usually within 24 hours of payment acceptance. Physical cards will be processed within 2-4 days. After processing, delivery is based on the shipping method (Ground, Priority and Express... etc.) selected. You will receive tracking info for the physical card orders by email.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept ACH, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

What is the processing time for orders paid for by check?

Orders paid for by company check will be held for 5 business days after the check is deposited. New customers, large orders and multiple orders are subject to additional hold time. After the check has cleared, orders can take 2-3 days to process before they are shipped based on the selected shipping method.

How can I pay by check?

Can bulk cards be shipped to multiple addresses or internationally?

Bulk gift cards can be shipped to multiple addresses, within the US. We currently do not offer international shipping.
